This comes down to the power of private property over all other considerations. I have first-hand knowledge of the structure of that building. The foundation is as solid as the day it was laid and the walls show no signs of physical deterioration only the obvious signs of exterior neglect like frozen out bricks and cracked tops on the walls. This congregation has been dropping the ball for a long, long time!
